A thoughtfully designed smile, made to complement you.

Refine the details

Small details.
A balanced smile.

Your smile is considered in the context of your face, lips, gumline and bite. Tooth length, shade, translucency and surface texture are planned together so the final restorations suit your features.

Veneers cover the front of a tooth; crowns cover more of its structure. The right restoration depends on both the appearance you want and the condition of the tooth.

  • Color & brightness

Refine shade when discoloration does not respond adequately to whitening.

  • Shape & proportion

Balance undersized, irregular or unevenly shaped teeth within your smile.

  • Chips & worn edges

Restore selected edges after evaluating the cause of wear and your bite.

  • Small spaces

Improve suitable gaps while keeping tooth proportions and contours in balance.

Plan it. Preview it. Refine it.

Your porcelain veneer journey

You take part in the design before the final porcelain is made. Our process creates space for questions, preferences and thoughtful adjustments.

  1. Understand your smile

We discuss your goals, examine your teeth and gums, evaluate your bite, and gather photographs and digital scans.

  2. Design & try on

Using Exocad and digital smile planning, we develop the proposed proportions. When appropriate, a trial smile lets you assess shape, length, speech and appearance.

  3. Create & place

After the design is refined, your ceramic restorations are fabricated. We check shade, fit and contours before bonding and adjusting the bite.

  4. Maintain your smile

Follow-up care checks comfort, gum health and function. We tailor hygiene visits and discuss bite protection when appropriate.

A preview helps you make an informed choice. A trial smile is a planning tool, not a guarantee of the final result. Learn more about digital smile design and our dental technology.

Preserving what is naturally yours

How much preparation will you need?

Porcelain describes the restorative material. No-prep and minimal-prep describe how the tooth is prepared. Our goal is to preserve healthy enamel while allowing room for restorations with appropriate thickness, contours and function.

An additive approach

No-prep veneers

Some smaller teeth, mild spaces or teeth positioned inward may allow veneers to be added without planned enamel reduction. This approach is not suitable for every smile.

Selective reshaping

Minimal-prep veneers

Conservative reshaping may create space, improve the transition at the gumline or prevent excess bulk. Tooth position, existing color and the desired change guide the plan.

Are porcelain veneers right for you?

Healthy teeth and gums are the starting point. Decay, gum disease, significant bite issues or grinding need to be assessed before cosmetic treatment. Removing enamel is irreversible, and restorations may require repair or replacement over time.

Sometimes whitening, orthodontics or composite bonding can address your concern with less intervention. Your consultation compares suitable options rather than assuming veneers are necessary.

How many veneers will I need?

The number depends on which teeth concern you, how many show when you smile and how the treated teeth will blend with the rest. Some patients need only one or a few restorations; others benefit from a wider smile design. The examination and preview guide that decision.

How much do porcelain veneers cost in Staten Island?

Your estimate depends on the number of teeth, ceramic materials, design and laboratory work, and any care needed first. At your consultation, we explain the proposed treatment and fees so you can make an informed decision. Cosmetic veneers are often not covered by dental insurance; coverage depends on your plan and the clinical circumstances.

How long do porcelain veneers last?

Longevity varies with the condition of the teeth, bonding, bite forces and maintenance. Veneers are not lifetime restorations: chipping, wear, decay around the margins or other changes may require repair or replacement. Regular examinations help identify problems early.

How are porcelain veneers different from bonding?

Porcelain veneers are fabricated ceramic restorations. Composite bonding uses tooth-colored resin shaped directly on the teeth and may be useful for smaller repairs or changes. Porcelain generally resists staining and wear better; bonding is often easier to repair. We compare the tradeoffs for your situation.

How should I care for my veneers?

Brush twice daily with fluoride toothpaste, clean between the teeth daily, and attend the hygiene and examination visits recommended for you. Avoid biting hard objects or using your teeth as tools. If grinding is a concern, ask about a custom night guard.

Will my veneers look natural?

We plan the shade, translucency, proportions and surface texture around your preferences and facial features. The smile preview helps you give feedback before the final ceramics are made. A natural result depends on careful case selection, design and execution.
